Sample BOM Considerations of this example (Note: The information shown below is not intended to be included in the technical dossier): • Declaration of Compliance (DoC) from Suppliers or Test Report - Enter ‘D’ if the DoC exists. Otherwise, enter ‘T’ (Test Report ) • Sticker is a purchased component. • For colorants or paints (having several purchased ingredients) that are mixed or prepared by OEM vendors in-house, it is acceptable to list all the related CAS# or EC# by breaking the colorant down into its ingredients. For colorants or paints purchased from a certified supplier, there is no need to breakdown, just list them in the BOM as per above BOM sample.
