  1. Language assignment 2nd year traineeship • Choose an event that is long enough and suitable to give feedback on • First make an inventory on paper of the errors that have been made • Then determine which errors are structural and which are incidental; you can also check out the profile of the pupil to see whether the same kind of mistakes have been made • Categorize the mistakes according to :- sentence structure- use of idioms and vocabulary- spelling and punctuation • Write down one or more things about the event that you like • Now put together a concise piece of feedback in which the above data have been given a place. Your ultimate objective should be that • The pupil feels encouraged to go write more • The pupil has learned a number of things so that next time his/her writing will have improved at least a little
