SA 6 Prevention and Early Intervention Demonstration Project • Funding: $500,000 for Contract Providers • Targeted PEI Education and Awareness • Community Resource Linkage and Referral • Early Screening, Assessment and Clinical Consultation • School-Based Services Focused on School Violence • Utilize Evidenced-based Early Prevention and Intervention Strategies

SA 6 Prevention and Early Intervention Demonstration Project Individual Outcomes: • 100 Students Educated on Mental Health Symptom Recognition • 100 Community Resource Linkage and Referrals • 100 Early Screenings and Assessments • 150 Students Targeted for School-based Services Focused on Violence Prevention
