  1. Preschool to Elementary Enrolled through normal progression to one elementary in Oak Ridge, never attends and then moves to another elementary in Oak Ridge.

  2. Elementary #1 Normal Progression from Oak Ridge Preschool • The student is massed enrolled into Elementary #1 through normal progression based on current address. Then before attending the first day of school, the student withdraws to another elementary in Oak Ridge either because the family moved or they were approved for a cross boundary. Elementary #1 withdraws the student to allow Elementary #2 to transfer the data.

  3. Elementary #2 Transfer to Elementary #2 having never attended Elementary #1 • Student is enrolled in Elementary #2 with a code of “E” (not TR) because he will be deleted from Elementary #1. • MISC data will also need to be deleted.

  4. EIS EIS data for Elementary #1 • The enrollment for Elementary #1 has now been deleted from Skyward and will need to be deleted from EIS using Enhanced data entry. • The enrollment for Elementary #2 will be extracted to EIS.
