What is a blender? Today's household blenders are small electrical appliances comprised of a tall canister with interior blades that chop, grind and liquefy food and drinks.

Orange Julius Recipe Ingredients: • 1 can frozen orange juice (6 oz.) • 1 cup milk • 1 cup water • ¼ cup sugar • 1 teaspoonvanilla • 6-8 ice cubes
Procedures: • 1. In blender container combine orange juice with milk, sugar, and vanilla; blend until smooth and frothy • 2. Add ice cubes; chop them using the pulsing “chop” button
