Choose “Manually configure server seetings or additional server types” and click” and click "Next”
Refer to below screenshot input user’s info • Your name: any name • E-mail Address: user’s e-mail address • Account Type:POP3 • Incoming mail server: outlook.office365.com • Outgoing mail server(SMTP):smtp.office365.com • User Name: the account of mailbox • Password: the password of mailbox • Choose “Remember password” • Cancel “Test Account Settings by clicking the Next button” • Click “More Settings” after confirm the user’s info is correct.
Choose “Outgoing Server” and choose “My outgoing server(SMTP) requires authentication”
