  1. 配置微软邮箱至Outlook方法 Set Microsoft mailbox to Outlook software

  2. Open Control Panel

  3. Click Mail icon

  4. Click “Show Profiles”

  5. Click “Add”

  6. Input a name for configuration

  7. Choose “E-mail Account” and click “Next”

  8. Choose “Manually configure server seetings or additional server types” and click” and click "Next”

  9. Choose “Internet E-mail” and click "Next”

  10. Refer to below screenshot input user’s info • Your name: any name • E-mail Address: user’s e-mail address • Account Type:POP3 • Incoming mail server: outlook.office365.com • Outgoing mail server(SMTP):smtp.office365.com • User Name: the account of mailbox • Password: the password of mailbox • Choose “Remember password” • Cancel “Test Account Settings by clicking the Next button” • Click “More Settings” after confirm the user’s info is correct.

  11. Choose “Outgoing Server” and choose “My outgoing server(SMTP) requires authentication”
