Exercise Rocks!. By: Maggie. Do you watch T.V all day long? Well, I think kids should go outside instead of playing electronics all day. You can do so much more exercising than just lounging around all the time. You could be famous if you go and exercise, and you wouldn’t even know.

  2. Do you watch T.V all day long? Well, I think kids should go outside instead of playing electronics all day. You can do so much more exercising than just lounging around all the time. You could be famous if you go and exercise, and you wouldn’t even know.

  3. The first reason why you should exercise is to get outside more. For instance it’s fun to run around outside. You will be out with nature and learn something new. Exercise makes you stronger and healthier, which is good for your body and health.

  4. Another reason is to play sports. You’re having fun and still exercise too! Let’s say you play indoor sports, but someone says outdoor gives you more exercise. Well, that is wrong. Outdoor sports or indoor sports still give you a lot of exercise. You can also meet people on your team and on different teams.

  5. Finally, get off the computer, wii, dsor any electronic. Hang out with friends instead or just run around for a little bit. Exercise gives you more energy and when you just get off the couch your life will be longer.

  6. I hope you will take my advice and exercise. Even if theirs something on T.V or your about to beat a level in a game, you should record it or save it-I think I’ll go outside now.
