  3. An Effective Vision Is... • Realistic, but different from current reality • Easy to understand • Commonly understood • Inspiring/motivating • Meaningful

  4. Developing Your Vision • What do you need to do to create a vision for your organization? • Clarify the vision of the next level up. • Involve your team members. • Articulate your organization’s reason for existence.
