  2. Training with equipments The community people are trained to handle the Digital equipments such as voice recorder, Still camera, video camera and computer.

  3. Training given to the community people

  4. Training the community for field work The community people aretrained to record the rites and rituals, festivals, social activities using the digital equipments provided to them.

  5. Training to build an Archive The recorded material such as photos,video tapes and audio tapes are stored in the computer

  6. Archiving

  7. Archiving method Then sorting the recorded material in a sequence. Then they are trained to fill the log sheet in English and native term.

  8. Log sheets

  9. Archiving through net. Then the documents are classified. Then the classified documents are interrelated and uploaded in the wikipedia website .
