  2. PROCESO DE UN COLADO DE VIGUETA Y BOVEDILLA

  3. APUNTALAMIENTO Se colocan puntales y largueros de apoyo y nivelación. y se retiran a los 7 días del colado de la capa de compresión.

  4. COLOCACIÓN DE VIGUETAS Colocar las viguetas apoyadas sobre los muros que hayamos definido como los cargadores de nuestra losa.

  5. ALINEAR LAS VIGUETAS Se colocan bovedillas en los extremos de las viguetas para obtener la separación correcta de estas, además de facilitar la posterior colocación de las demás bovedillas de forma alineada.

  6. COLOCAR BOVEDILLAS Se colocan las bovedillas cuidando que queden bien asentadas y lo más juntas posible. La colocación también se hace de forma manual.

  7. COLOCAR INSTALACIONES ELECTRICAS Después de que las bovedillas han quedado en su lugar, se colocan las mangueras para la instalación eléctrica. Estas se ponen sobre los muros y por los huecos de las bovedillas

  8. COLOCAR MAYA ELECTROSOLDADA NOTA: para capas de 3 a 4 cm se recomienda malla electro-soldada 66x10x10 y para capas de 5 cm malla electro soldada 66x8x8.

  9. COLADO DE LA CAPA DE COMPRESIÓN Se tapan los huecos de las bovedillas de los extremos y/o aquellas que se hayan recortado para ajustar el claro. El concreto deberá de tener una resistencia mínima de f¨c= 200 kg/cm2 .
