  7. Besteed veel meer aandacht aan de betrokkenheid en het welbevinden van studenten De zoektocht naar talent start bij de schooldirectie en bij de docenten: Hoe zit het met jouw talent?

Zoek naar het zien van jongeren in wisselende contexten Zodat talent, vermogen, en wie die jongere echt is naar buiten kan komen Zodat de relatie tussen jou en die jongere verandert Waardoor nog meer betrokkenheid ontstaat op ontwikkeling bij jou en die jongere En zo groei en ontwikkeling ontstaat
