This study evaluates postpartum pain experiences in a cohort of 7,526 women. Key findings indicate that 35.9% experienced pain immediately after delivery, with 73% reporting pain during the initial weeks. Notably, 29.4% continued to experience pain 6 months postpartum, and 9% persisted with pain after one year. Additionally, 34.4% of participants expressed a desire for treatment, highlighting ongoing concerns regarding postpartum recovery. This research emphasizes the need for better support during the crucial period from three weeks to one year post-delivery.
