  4. Summary This book is about a boy, Todd, who lives in a world of only men. They are all infected with “the noise germ” which allows everyone to hear each others thoughts and it also killed all women. He meets a girl who doesn’t have the germ and with his dog, who also has the germ, at his side he flees from his town and goes on a journey.

  5. review If you enjoy books that are dark, intense, somewhat violent, bleak, suspenseful and books about dystopian futures then this book is for you.

  6. Similar book Pathfinder by Orson Scott Card is a good book to read if you enjoy this one.
