Not only can it deliver online training, but it can track an employees’ career progression. LMS tracks not only online learning but Instructor-Led and certification programs. Features and Benefits An LMS can be a desktop or web-based application. The web-based version can give flexibility to the users. It is easily accessed from any workstation connected to the internal network. Reports compile real-time data. Employers can track their employee’s development. Employees have access to their status and courses that match their career progression. Online courses can be taken at any time and at the learner’s own pace.
