AGM (Annual General Meeting) 2nd July 2012. The Aggi. 7.30pm start. At the AGM we will need to re-elect our Committee Officers. This means that all current Committee Officers shall 'stand down' and the positions shall be re-elected for. The Club cannot run without a Chairman, Vice-Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer and Club Welfare Officer (CWO). If you would like to nominate yourself or someone else please inform the Club in any of the usual ways, by midnight of Sunday 17th June 2012. There are links to the job descriptions for the Officers Roles on the AGM 2012 page of the website, for you to find out exactly what the job would involve. Meetings are currently held on an ad hoc basis, as and when there are specific items needing discussion. This may change in the future, with the new Committee. Meetings are generally held in The Aggi on a Wednesday night (although this can change) and they start at 7.30 pm. NB If you are nominating someone else, they must have been given prior notice and be willing to take on the position.
