  2. Our new software relates to the class of software which can be called “Evaluator Tool”. We named our program “RotB”. This abbreviation is interpreted as Rotational Bands Analysis in odd mass nuclei with spin projection K > ½. To analyse rotational bands in odd-mass nuclei program “RotB” uses Borh-Mottelson “polynomial” formula and “Variable moment of inertia” model.Program “RotB” lets load existent data file or enter data by hand to the TextBox in one of the two data format: 1. Free data format. This is text files with filename extension .txt, .prn or .dat in which spin values are located in first column and energy values are located in second. The separator between columns is space. 2. ENSDF-record data format. This is data-format contains information about one rotational band, recorded in ENSDF format. Program “RotB” reads energy values in keV.Program “RotB” allows ascertaining the membership one or several separate levels of the considered nucleus to its rotational band.
