LMARS LRT processing (minus backorder) • Action • Add a segment to LRT that was from the time the B/O was generated  and sent to DLA Transaction Services to the time the MRO was sent to DLA Transaction Services  • Considerations • Need to add fields to all the database tables and files that LOTS and LMARS uses • LMARS reports will need to be changed every place that receives the download file and customers will need to change their programs that deal with the LMARS download file

LMARS LRT processing (minus backorder) • Considerations Continued • We have no room on the download file to add four dates. • Change involves many different areas of DLA TS. • Change could take 9-12 months at DLA TS. • User issues related to the data download changes. • Customers need to be prepared to be ready to accept the new layout • Downloads of the report as an excel file may require to change customer programs that deal with the excel file • DLA TS change the website

LMARS LRT processing (minus backorder) • Considerations Continued • Establish the business rules to decide how to compute LRT (-) • What to do if LMARS receives more than one B/O and there are other statuses in between • Several new segments computed • Need to know what segments the Committee wants to calculate LRT (-) • time in B/O subtracted from the total time • time in B/O subtracted from the ISPT (ICP time) • time in B/O subtracted from the SAPT (shipment time) • And is the time in B/O -- • Time from when first B/O is received until time a different status is received • Is it time it goes into B/O until the first shipment transaction is received
