INCENTIVE OVERVIEW • Accumulate a minimum of 15 Points during the Contest Period (July 8 – September 29, 2013) PRIZE PACKAGES • 15 Points = Breakout Sessions & Amenities for two (2) – ($90 Value) • 30 Points = Above + Closing Dinner for two (2) – ($200 Value) • 50 Points = Above + 3 Night Stay for two (2) – ($677 Value ) 2013 Summer Rally Incentive

EARNING POINTS RECRUITING OF NEW ASSOCIATES • 2 Points – Personal Pack ($299) • 3 Points – Business Pack ($499) • 5 Points – Executive / Executive Select Pack ($899) • 7 Points – Family Select Pack ($1,499) ACTIVATION OF NEW ASSOCAITES (Remain Active) • 1 Point – Recurring Order ($100 GSD minimum)per calendar month. 2013 Summer Rally Incentive

QUALIFICATIONS • Any Associate wishing to earn points for this incentive MUST have a 2013 Rally ticket purchased before points will begin to accumulate. • Accumulate a minimum of 15 points • Must PERSONALLY Sponsor a minimum of three (3) New Associates($299 or above) during the qualification period. 2013 Summer Rally Incentive

  6. QUALIFICATIONS • Must be an Active Associate with a personal Recurring Order (100 GSD minimum) in each month of the qualification period to earn points. Points will not be awarded to an Associate for any month in which a qualifying personal Recurring Order is not processed. • Must be in Good Standing during the contest period and through the completion of the 2013 Corporate Rally (October 4-5, 2013) 2013 Summer Rally Incentive
