Global Tivoli User Group (GTUG) • Mission – To extend the effectiveness of Tivoli user groups…as well as expand Tivoli user group networking capabilities globally. • Monthly conference calls – 2 hours • 1 hour to discuss GTUG business • Action items • TUG website • Requirements • 1 hour to provide feedback to Tivoli on selected topics

GTUG Requirements Process • Your GTUG Representatives • They are your voice into Tivoli for User Group issues • They will submit your requirements • GTUG members select items from list and work with Tivoli to resolve • What can you do? • Review the GTUG requirements list and provide feedback to your GTUG rep on what issues are important to you • Present and volunteer to champion new issues that you feel would be of benefit to the global user community • Get involved in your users group • What GTUG will do for you • Work through the requirements and report back to the users groups on the progress on the selected issues • Publish monthly updates to the requirements
