Empowering Subordinate Organizations Through Effective Policy and Guidance

The institution strengthens its subordinate organizations and units by providing published policies and guidance related to its missions, functions, programs, and processes. This initiative aims to enhance the effectiveness of these organizations through clear communication and structured frameworks. Current focus areas include centralizing information access via SharePoint, developing a tracking system for command-directed training, and finalizing and disseminating the updated draft of MSCoE 10-1. Continuous improvement and access to essential training resources remain priorities for overall organizational effectiveness.
