  2. Dearest Team Members My Korean trip with National Sales Director Judy I wanted to thank NSD Judy for her warmest hospitality and her great 80 Sales Directors in Korea. I saw my future as a National Sales Director. I saw how our Korean NSD Judy lives. She lives in one of the expensive huge private apartment across the Han River. Great view too! She has 80 Sales Directors with her, all very friendly and loving and very enthusiastic about their career. She started Mary Kay business by pioneering, meaning she goes door to door in shops and offices. Do you know she has difficulty in her speech too (she has this difficulty since young) ? If she can do it, we can do it too. In Korea, I learnt the latest 7 Habits of Highly Effective People workshop taught by our NSD Dawn. I saw the 2 NSDs go-give spirits. I told myself I have to be stronger and be closer to my team members, I wanted to create our big family into a closer ones! I saw how the sales directors in her team, giving her so much respect and yet still very close to NSD Judy. I also learnt so many great points about NSD Judy, she controls her emotion very well, her family members are very supportive of her, and they grew up to be great achievers…even her husband supporting her strongly by her side, he claimed that NSD Judy is her mentor.   27. Debrief for all Consultants while you attend my classes! • Every Thurs at 7pm it’s our skincare/makeup open class. You can bring your guests, however you are required to bring your own products for your guests. • After the whole skincare class, let’s sit down together and do debrief. • As you can see from the above flow of the class, there are 3 parts. To all New Consultants, please memorise the following when you attend my classes: • For first class, memorise what I did for part 1. • Then when you come for the second class, memorise what I did for part 2 • and then when you come for third class, memorise what I did for part 3. During the classes, you can record or video taped me during the classes. This business is all about duplicating . Just duplicate what I did. And treat all your guests with the “Make me Feel Important” attitude. Tell me also your learning key points and what can you improve from there.
