Existing Features • LLP Portal accessible from http://llp.gov.in • E-filing of all LLP Forms (except Form 11 – Annual Return of LLP) • Authenticating Forms via DSC • Online Payment (via Credit Card) • Status Check of filed Forms • Common Names database of Companies & LLP • Public Profile of registered LLPs • Helpdesk System (telephone, online & email based)
