Background • To ensure HENW is fit for purpose within new NHS structures • Transformational plan to strengthen integration across HENW • Includes promoting greater collaboration across the two deanery functions • Project management arrangements – led by Jacky Hayden (Dean) and Neil Jenkinson (Project Director) • Commencing in Jan – August 2014 • Staff afforded opportunity to design how future functions will be delivered • Taking customer and user views as part of process • Facilitative approach will provide tangible benefits but minimisedisruption • Commitment to deliver business through Regatta and Piccadilly Place
