  3. Line Camp June 16-19 • All times and details in packet • Tiger Belle leggings – plain black leggings (No logos) • June 15th team meeting 3-5pm, Parent meeting 6-7pm Paper work needed today: • Physical and all forms completed online • Over night camp release form • Small pink medical form

  4. Team Photo Day • Date: August 7th at 8am (Belle camp day) • What to bring: $20 For team poster • Individual photos can be purchased online once proofs are released • After proofs are released, you will have one week to turn order form into Miss Thompson

  5. Team Calendar • Team calendar is viewable on kctigerbelles.com. Please check calendar before emailing Ms. Thompson with scheduling questions. • Always check team calendar before making plans. • Unexcused absences from practice with parent notification = 5 demerits and possible removal from upcoming performance. • Unexcused absence from practice without parent notification = 10 demerits and possible removal from upcoming performance. • CHANGE: If you are ill and have a valid doctors note DO NOT come to practice. • Excused absences are as follows: funerals, weddings, military events, college graduations, and immediate medical appointments accompanied by a doctor’s note for illness/surgery. Please communicate with Ms. Thompson if you need to miss a practice.

Football/Band Buddies • Football August 21st from 3pm-6:30pm • The girls will be creating a gift for their football buddies as a team that day • They will need to bring a Mason Jar for every player they have. • Band September (TBD) • The girls will be creating a gift with their band buddies on this day

Why are fundraisers important? • Fundraising will be put towards bringing in new technicians, team bonding activities, outings, team equipment/improvements, and travel funds. • Average money spent on contest season $40,786.92. This includes: registration fees, costumes, contest shirt, choreographers, travel meals, transportation, music mixing fees, etc. • Each dance costs approximately 3-5k. • The more money we raise the less money you will have to pay.

  12. Contest Fee/Season • Contest Fee: $150 (due November) • Your contest fee only covers entry and perhaps one costume. It does not cover any travel or majority of our costumes. That’s why we need to fundraise • We will be attending anywhere from 2-4 competitions this upcoming season. We participate in fewer contests on years we take trips out of state. • Competition season sneaks up on us and will be here before we know it. Start saving now for the contest fees.

  13. Tiger Belle Host Contest is February 1st, 2020Every Belle needs at least 1 adult to volunteer at host contest.

  15. NEW POMS • $15 Due Aug. 2 • These poms are yours to keep. • You are not allowed to place poms in bags, backpacks or suitcases unless otherwise stated by director.
