  1. Das Konzept des straßentauglichen Zweisitzer-Sportlers entstand auf Basis des in der Deutschen Tourenwagen-Masters (DTM) erfolgreich eingesetzten Astra Coupé V8-Rennwagens. Mit dem 4,0-Liter-V8-Motor, Heckantrieb sowie dem sequenziellen Sechsgang-Getriebe in Transaxle-Bauweise übernahmen die OPC-Konstrukteure (Opel Performance Center) die reinrassige Renntechnik des DTM-Autos für die neue Studie. Das 326 kW/444 PS starke Aggregat entwickelt ein maximales Drehmoment von 530 Nm bei 4.800 U/min und ermöglicht eine Höchstgeschwindigkeit von über 300 km/h. Spezielle 20-Zoll-Reifen im Format 265/30 ZR 20 vorne und 305/25 ZR 20 hinten betonen den kraftvollen Auftritt der Studie.
