  1. Sample E lesson Prepare the following in one folder Video source Picture source Narration / Audio source

  2. Start looking for the slide background This time we play the video on the 7 basic food group. Click pause at the player if we like the frame as our background

  3. Press print screen and paste it on a blank word document. • Crop the picture by clicking the mouse inside the picture then click on the menu bar the PICTURE TOOLS and on the topmost right click • CROP until you get the desired scope of the background

  4. You can also use the snipping tool in cropping the images

  5. Right click the picture inside and click text wrapping then click TIGHT

  6. Copy and paste the picture to the first slide and set it as background by adjusting the size and right click, click send to back

  7. Type the Title • You may include the presenter’s name • For me, I would use the action button below to continue. Remember the learner does not know what to do next. Hyperlink this button to next slide

  8. Type your objectives as shown below • Take note of the BACK and NEXT button Why do we need to incorporate this?

  11. Now go on with your lesson presentation ( 3 to 4 slides maybe enough • You may insert another picture as background or animations to match your present lecture in the slide • You may also insert video clip , recorded audio file

  12. You may insert new picture, video clip or sound • Click movie then from file

  18. Use your creative style in asking questions • Remember to avoid using striking words. • Effects in animations, timing may also be inserted
