  2. Identity Management and Governance. Natively Integrated with ServiceNow and Okta. Zertid is designed with ‘Rapid Deployment and Rapid Results‘ in mind. We designed Zertid ground up keeping one thing in mind, simply and automate the otherwise complex Identity Management and Identity Governance workflows. Our customers have the flexibility to choose the Zertid Gateway to connect with the external systems or use their existing on new Okta tenant. Zertid is potentially the quickest way for Okta customers to introduce Identity Governance (IGA).

Access Management • Zertid provides a highly configurable framework which rapidly implements Staff and Customer access automation. • The following capabilities are available out-of-the-box: • Staff and contractor onboarding, offboarding and transfer • Customer on-boarding and off-boarding • Automated contractor access expiries and scheduled extensions • Role and Rule-based automation of access lists • Self-service access requests via your ServiceNow portal and automated access provisioning • Workflow capability to lock and unlock accounts based on rules • One-click reports for ‘Who has access to what’

User Access Review and Certifications • Zertid provides User Access Revalidation and Certification capabilities that can be implemented as a stand-alone solution or may be integrated as an add on for your Okta tool. • The following UAR features are available out-of-the-box: • Line Manager Certification • Application Owner Certification • Privileged Access Review and Certification (20.07 release*) • Native integration which rapidly adds-on to your Okta Identity Cloud

Audit & Compliance Reports • A number of reports are available out-of-the-box and the Sysintegra team is happy to create (or teach you to create) almost any report that you can reasonably think of – All the power to the hands of your Zertid admin! • The following are our popular reports: • User access reports – ‘Who has access to what’ • A number of User Access Reports – Progress, Compliance level, Efficiency, etc • 'Identity Security Context Awareness’ reports • We are continually adding more reports

  8. Natively Integrated with ServiceNow & ‘Asset Aware’ • Identity Management and Governance tools typically integrate with ServiceNow through a limited REST API integration. Zertid, being born in the incredible Now Platform, natively integrates with all ServiceNow features and leverages Asset and User Information to enrich the context of every Identity and every access to the Assets. • Zertid’s Identity workflows may integrate with: • Service Level Management – Apply SLA’s on Identity Requests and eliminate red tape even for systems that are not integrated. • Governance Risk and Compliance – Configurable Zertid reports plug-in with GRC. • Asset Management – The ability to easily reconcile software license entitlements ensures there will be no ‘over-licensing’.

  9. ‘Identity Self-Service’ • Natively integrated Self Service Requests and Approvals capability via ServiceNow portal • Use the ServiceNow Now Mobile iOS and Android apps for Identity Requests. ServiceNow app users do not have to download additional mobile apps. • AI-Powered Chatbot that integrates with Slack and Microsoft Teams* *July 2020 release. Requires Pro license.
