Ards Local Policing Plan Target Victims of crime will receive regular and timely updates Personal Policing Victim-centric ethos Officers charged with keeping victims updated/in-the-loop Structure of intrusive scrutiny around victims Ards posts high return of 70% in terms of victim updates Work-in-progress
