Effects of IFN-γ and MIBG on Cell Proliferation in Varying Concentrations

This study investigates the impact of different concentrations of IFN-γ and MIBG on cell proliferation. We analyzed proliferation rates (% of control) using various combinations, including IFN-γ at 10 U/ml and 100 U/ml with MIBG concentrations ranging from 1 µM to 20 µM. Results indicate significant variations in proliferation, suggesting a potential role for both agents in modulating cell growth. Understanding these interactions could provide insights into therapeutic strategies for conditions influenced by cell proliferation.
