BLUF • Venue to conduct interoperability certification or assessments in a realistic environment • Solve real-world interoperability issues • Reduce costs of testing by resource sharing • Provide a venue where interoperability or system/equipment failures are resolved without operational pressures • Reduces interoperability risk of rapid communication & information technology insertion • Allows the Warfighter to acquire, certify & deploy systems in less than one year
