To review : the new Labor Exchange Performance Measurement that became effective July 1, 2001, the VETS Performance Measurement System that will become effective July 1, 2002, and to assist states in implementing the revised 9002 and VETS 200 reporting requirements, beginning July 1, 2002 Many of you may be aware that DOL has been involved in a two year process to determine what type of performance measurement system would be appropriate for the Employment Service Labor Exchange and VETS services.
