Steve Jobs bibliography Part I 1955 Steve job was born on February 24 in San Francisco to Joanne Simpson and Abdulfattah Jandalion February 24 On the same year Steve Jobs was adopted by Paul and Clara Jobs 1972: Graduates from high school and enrolled at Reed only later to drops out after a semester. He lived and slept in his friends’ rooms, he also returned Coke bottles for food money, while getting weekly free meals at the local Hare Krishna temple. 1971: Steve Jobs meets Steve Wozniak both are founders for the Apple Inc. 1969: Jobs was offered a summer job at Hewlett-Packard Co. He came back a Buddhist with his head shaved and wearing traditional Indian clothing. 1976: Jobs and Wozniak raise US$1,750 and build their first marketable table-top computer, the Apple I. The Apple I computer goes on sale by the summer for $666.66. 1977: Apple is incorporated as Apple Computer Inc. and the new company buys out the original. Then Apple launches Apple II

  5. 1985: Jobs was fired from Apple Jobs resigns and took five Apple employees with him, one of which was Wozniak. 1986: Jobs starts Next Inc., a new computer company making high-end machines for universities. He also acquires Pixar which was later renamed Pixar Animation Studios.

  6. 1994: Apple introduces Power Macintosh computers based on the PowerPC chip it developed with IBM and Motorola. 1997: Jobs becomes CEO and chairman of Apple Computer Inc., after Amelio is out. Jobs’ salary is only $1

  9. 2004: Jobs undergoes surgery for a rare form of pancreatic cancer. It was not fatal and was curable 2005: Apples release a tiny Nano and an iPod that can play video. Apple also announced that future Mac will be powered by Intel chips.

  10. 2007:Jobs announces the iPhone, one of the first smartphones without a keyboard, at Macworld Expo. The iPhone had revolutionized phones to come and has gradually increase from 2007 till this very day

  11. 2010: Jobs creates an iPad tablet, its newest gadget, in nine months, giving rise to a new modern touch-screen tablet computers.

  12. January 17, 2011: Jobs announces a second medical leave. COO Tim Cook took charge to run day-o-day operations. Jobs continue as CEO and still will be involved in major decisions. August 24, 2011: Jobs announces he is stepping aside as CEO, with Tim Cook taking over the position.

  13. In October 5, 2011 Steve Jobs died. we cannot say how much Steve Jobs had done for society but his legacy will live on. Steve Jobs was a man that had and will leave a mark on technology. He was very important to art design and graphic design because of his products elevating designs worldwide.Hewas an ordinary man with an extraordinary mind. This is why I say thank you Steve Jobs.
