  3. Born october 28, 1955 • his family was upper middle calss • his parents had a law career in law for him but Gates had other plans • at age 13 he enrolled in an exlclusive preparatory school called lakeside

  4. In 8th grade during 8th grade a group of moms form his school made a rummage sale with the money they raised they bought the school GE computers for the school Gates took interest in GE system in BASIC and was excused form math class to persue his dream

  5. 1st Computer Program he made his first computer program on the GE it allowed users that were using the computer to play tic-tac-toe against the computer Gates was amazed how it always executed the software perfectly

  6. High School Graduate he graduated form lakeside high school in 1973 he scored 1590 our of 1600 on the SAT he Enrolled in Harvard university in that same year after he graduated there he meat Paul Allen and talked to him about making their own software company

  7. Big accomplishments he is an american buisness magnete  he founded the microsoft company with Paul Allen  he is consistantly ranked as one of the wealthiest people in the world
