  8. Most Durable, Most Stable, & LightestWeight Roll Off Trailer In the Industry. ART-60-40* 40’ Roll-off Trailer

  9. Ace 40′ Trailer comes standard with dual lift cylinders and dual reeving cylinders. • Competitor’s trailers offers single lift and reeving cylinders, thus making the trailer not as stable nor strong. • Competitor’s Trailer that offers Dual Cylinders Adds an Extra 2,500 lbs. Dual Cylinders

  10. Ace’s Trailer is Designed with two telescopic lift cylinders that are inverted and tied together. Making the Trailer extremely stable and strong compared to competitors trailer. • Competitors’ & Truck Mounted Hoist Cylinders are mounted on the outside and are independent. • Ace’s Trailer above & Competitors' Below Less Stable, Any Upset, Trailer will Tip Over ACE WILL NOT! Dual Lift Cylinders

  11. Ace Offers Dual Reeving Cylinders Standard on Ace Competitor • All Roll Off Trailers. Ace Uses Independent Reeves. • No Chance of Jamming, More reliable, • Allows cylinders to expand with ease, • and equalize the load. • Competitors’ use blocked dual reeving cylinders • More likely to jam up and can’t expand freely Dual Reeving Cylinders

  12. Strongest Spring Suspension Available, Designed to take rugged off road dumping. Perfect for Land fills and Remote Areas. • Doubles as hinge point and Suspension thus less moving parts. Most stable suspension, all eight tires stay on the ground at all times. No areas are off limits. Hinge Point is 22″ off the ground compared to our competitors 44″. • Competition uses Cheap Spring Suspension and hinge point is behind the tandem. Making it so the container must be dead lifted much higher thus putting more stress on suspension and cable. • Lower Center of Gravity= More Stable and Reliable! • Ace Top & Competitors’ Bottom 50,000 lbs Single Point Spring Suspension

  13. Container Frame: Must Carry the Complete Load, That is why Containers are so heavy • Tilt Frame: Must Be Able to Lift and Carry Container While Loading and Dumping • Trailer Frame: NOT NECESSARY (DEAD WEIGHT) More Weight Added to Trailers Over All Weight. Used to hold Tilt & Container Frame ACE TRAILERS DOES NOT HAVE A TRAILER FRAME Ace Roll Off Trailers Have Only Two Frames

  14. 3 Legged Chair is Far More Stable Than a 2 Legged Chair Cylinders Tied Together as One with Cross Tube ACE’S 3 Points of Stability ACE UTILIZES Technology & Stability to Our Advantage Lower Center of Gravity Strongest Part of a Trailer is its Suspension Strongest Part of a Tractor is the Suspension

  15. All Tires Stay on the Ground. Heavy Duty 50,000 lbs Single Point Spring Suspension Suspension is designed for off road hauling. Ace’s Suspension Doubles as Hinge Point Our Competitors Hinge Point is Behind and Above the Tandem BASIC CHEAP SPRING SUSPENSION Lower Center Of Gravity 44” Off the Ground 12”

  16. Using a stabilizer frame compared to a trailer sub frame, lessens the overall weight, lift cylinders gain stability, and trailer nearly impossible to tip over when lifting and dumping. • Lessens weight by about 6,000 lbs compared to competitors 40’ Trailer Stabilizer Frame

  17. The ONLY reason for a 3rd frame is to connect the king pin to the suspension. This has NOTHING to do with the stability. All the stability has to do with the tilt frame. The frame trailer is old school thinking. Which was good at the time like the carburetor in a car, it worked well for it’s time. Now fuel injection and tilt frame trailers are doing a better and more effective job, than predecessors. Old school thinking was fine for the time before Technology and the D.O.T got involved. 1. Tilt Frame WHY Have 3 Frames ??? 3. Container Frame (Not Shown) 2. Trailer Frame EXTRA DEAD WEIGHT

  18. The Truss is a simple skeletal structure. In design theory, the individual members of a simple are only subject to tension and compression forces and not bending forces. Thus, for the most part, all beams in a truss bridge are straight. Trusses are comprised of many small beams that together an support a large amount of weight and span great distances. In most cases, the design, the fabrication, and erection of trusses is relatively simple and very strong. Why Our Truss Design is Lighter & stronger

  19. Competitor’s Trailer Ace’s Trailer As You Can See Ace Has Much More Support than the Competition Cross Members

  20. Ace uses standard JIC fittings on all hydraulic lines. •  Much easier and cheaper to work on than competitors compression fittings. • Centralized Plumbing, no hydraulics in rear of trailer.   • Ace uses hoses instead of piping, reducing the weight • Making maintenance easier and less complicated, and all around cheaper. • Competitor has 2 frame straitening bays, Ace has NONE, • ACE HAS NEVER BENT A FRAME! Plumbing & Maintenance

  21. Ace’s ICC Bumper Meets All Federal Standards • Easy To Use • Air Actuated or Gravity ICC BUMPER

  22. A “Competitor” Advertises two “HEAT FREE” Frame Straightening bays. If their frames are so good then why do you have to straighten them? ACE has NO Frame Straightening Bays. NEVER BENT A FRAME YET! Ace Has NEVER BENt a frame Just Because You Have a Frame, Does Not Mean You Are Any More Stable

  23. More Legal Payload • Less Overall Cost of Start Up, and Lifetime • More Accounts Available • Less Maintenance & Down Time • More Maneuverability • Less Trips Needed to Haul Same Weight • Better Weight Distribution • More Stable: Less Upset, No Wobbling when dumping • LIGHTEST TRAILER ON THE MARKET • SAVES YOU & YOUR COMPANY $$$ PROS
