It says about how to do the things in a right way, to avoid confusion, for better communication and to keep the record of each and every activity. It have lot of advantages like customer satisfaction, good competitive position in market , saving money in terms of re-work, rejections and claims • Methodology:- • Based on the study of the existing • Methods & acting on the difference to achieve the ideal methods based on SOP’s • Findings:- • Quality manual developed featuring Fabric Quality Control System (FQCS), Defect library for woven fabrics & Buyer minimum standard test requirements • Conclusion:- • This manualwill act as a guideline for all Merchants, Fabric Technicians & other concerned Heads to understand quality control system required for woven fabric & customer’s standard in line with customer’s expectations.
