  2. What is E.Coli • E.Coli is a bacteria that is found in the gut. Most E.Coli has no harm to human health. However, 0157:H7 wich can cause food poisoning in humans and can become life-threatening. Other less common stereotypes can also cause serious infections.

  3. Symptoms • Bloody Stool • Nausea (vomiting) • Stomach Cramps • Low Fever • Pneumonia • Food borne illness • Stomach Flu • Urinary tract infection

  4. Causes • Vegetables grown in manure • Food washed in contaminated water • Fruit juices that aren’t pasteurized • Undercooked Meat

  5. Originated • Lakes • Rivers • Herds that carry bacteria • Milk that failed to stay at correct temperature • Animal-to-person transmission • Person-to-person transmission

  6. Treatment • Salty foods • Smaller portions of food • Energy drinks • Cinnamon • Pretzel

School started and the number of kids at school started to decrease. Most people in the town had E.Coli. David Jones, Charlie Thompson, Susie Thompson, Allen Johnson, And Donna Jones are a few people who had E.Coli. Susie Thompson died of H.U.S. Aaron Green Got a kidney infection from a rash. The fair grounds were rearranged and the outbreak has decreased.
