The Apostle Paul tells us to, “consider Abraham, he believed God & it was credited to him as righteousness (Galatians 3:6). James said that Abraham was “afriend of God.” (James 2:23b).

Sacrifice him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains, which I will point out to you.” (Genesis 22:1-2).
The Bible says, “Isaac said, “Father?” “Yes, my son,” Abraham replied. “We have the wood & the fire,” said the boy, “but where is the lamb for the sacrifice?” “God will provide a lamb, my son,” Abraham answered & they both went on together.” (Genesis 22:7-8).
