Expression Profile of Bcl-2 Family Members in HNSCC Cell Lines

Supplemental Figure 1 presents an immunoblotting analysis of the Bcl-2 family proteins, including Bcl-2, Bcl-XL, Mcl-1L, Bax, Noxa, and Bim, in human head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC) cell lines UM-22A, UM-22B, and 1483. The results illustrate the expression levels of both anti- and pro-apoptotic Bcl-2 family members. To ensure equal protein loading across the samples, the blot was stripped and reprobed with an anti-β-actin antibody. This figure provides critical insights into the apoptotic regulation in HNSCC.
