  2. Common Tech Problems I can’t print… I can’t get online! My computer froze! What updates? My computer won’t turn on! This anti-virus message keeps popping up…. You mean I have to clean this thing too? This website won’t load… This student isn’t in Progress Book My SmartBoard won’t connect!

  34. “Should I run updates?” YES: Microsoft, Apple security updates Anti-virus updates (Vexira, Security Essentials) Maybe: IE / Firefox / Chrome / Safari Smart Adobe (Flash, Reader) Java Quicktime iTunes Other? (“if it ain’t broke…”) - Potential issues with PB, Sps, etc. - Don’t be afraid to ask.
