  2. Rize • While watching the movie, take notes on the following (remember to use Cornell style) • What is the history of the dance(s) shown? Why did they come about? • What is the purpose of the dance(s). Why are they important? • How did one dance evolve into another (others)? • What do the dances look like? How do dancers use the space around them? There bodies? Movements? • These notes will be the first part of your binder check. You will be able to use them on the test…better notes = better chances for an “A”
