Jonas Release Cycle • Early Release program (ERP) – Version 12.4 (Advanced Release) • Live Development version • Product Changes every week • Version 12.3 is the current version(general release) • Fixes and minor corrections every week • Version 12.1 is ‘Sunset’ in March 2013 • No further changes

Jonas Release Cycle • Version Updates • Require Users to be out of Jonas included Mobile uploads, e-products, Digio and DataMart • Advanced ERP Version - Request a web download to be created to download from ‘Client Gateway’ – will be active for 30 days • Download current version at any point from ‘Client Gateway’ • Product Updates • Are downloaded from ‘Client Gateway’ • Compiled once a week, available every Wednesday morning • Version 12.4 (ERP) product updates are treated just like version updates • Version 12.2/12.3 do not require users to be logged out
