Dues Report • According to the 11/29/13 report: • Total MTD: 14,518 32,177 (12/18/13) • Total Clubs: 740 742 (12/18/13) • Total Clubs Paid: 192 468 (12/18/13) • Total Clubs Delinquent: 548 274 (12/18/13) • 86 clubs have grown from last year • 639 clubs have lost membership from last year • Only 29.95% of all clubs were processed by Dec. 1 • 63%(12/18/13)

  3. What do the numbers all mean? • Clubs still had challenges when approaching the MUC • Many last minute questions coming up • Some ambiguity with whether KI emails login information • Minimal communication when clubs are in need of help/information

  4. Future reports will have a better reflection of our district’s membership Most of the 274 delinquent clubs are still being processed Some have not even started the process

  5. Moving Forward • Educating and Re-educating • Training on the MUC needs to happen earlier • Dispel any outdated information • There is no ‘15 minimum’ membership requirement • KI does not email login information every year anymore • Educate your elect!

  6. Promoting further membership recruitment Recruitment is an ANNUAL process Membership goals are still attainable Connecting with Clubs Personal connections = most effective Reach out to clubs who had challenges Give them strategies to prevail in the future Recognize clubs who submitted dues on-time

  7. Key Leader Scholarships • Clubs can still take advantage of the $35 scholarship that our district provides for each camp in CNH • First 15 who use the code CNHKC13 • Number of KL Scholarships used:
