The Gift of a Man….. • The Gift of a man maketh way for him (Proverbs) • God has laid gifts, talents, treasures in everyone (Story of Talents) • Talent (Encarta) : natural ability: an unusual natural ability to do something well, especially in artistic areas that can be developed by training. • Education is good and Background is great but never you neglect God’s gift on your Life because it has the capacity to bring you before Kings • My experience: Seminars,Conferences,Enterprise,Awards, TV and Radio interviews: All these have not much to do with my Academic Prowess…. • Academics is very important…but Don’t bury your Talent under a load of School Books • An unfulfilled man is one who will die with regret in his eyes for not making use of his giftings

DEVELOP…….Refinery process • You don’t buy Raw Gold from the Market, no matter how valuable • People don’t pay for Talent…they pay for skills • Skill is Talent that has been honed and refined so much that it glitters • Natural Resources like Gold, Diamond,Coal, Crude oil, deplete with use • BUT…. • Human Resources grow, expand and increase with CONSTANT & PROPER use. • Put your gift to use , fan your flames to fire! • Only then will people beg to pay you.

Seek opportunities to express it • Don’t wait till you are asked • Start for free, and you will soon get a fee.
