  34. Sign Up Sheet • Each individual person fills out a sign up sheet along with the deposit. • A deposit of $500 is necessary to hold bookings.

  35. Full Payment • Full payment of the balance is due 90 DAYS prior to departure…. • February 18, 2011 • Check only Method of Payment

  36. Single Supplement • If you want a single room you will need to pay the single supplement rate. • If you do not have a roommate, you will still be required to pay a single supplement SINGLE SUPPLEMENT FOR THIS TRIP IS $680

  37. Passports • Every person must have a valid passport to enter Israel and all other foreign countries. It must be valid until 6 months following your return. • You are responsible to have an up-to-date passport well before departure. Please apply now and allow a minimum of ten weeks to get one.
