Advancements in Fractional Order Control for Cognitive Multi-UAV Mapping

This research focuses on the implementation of fractional order (FO) control systems in cognitive Multi-UAV (MUAV) contour mapping and formation control. Our work explores the design and tuning of FO controllers, particularly for nonlinear systems, including nonholonomic systems. We aim to define new research problems and address practical applications of FO dynamics, moving beyond theoretical concepts. The findings will enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of MUAV formations in real-world scenarios, bridging the gap between theory and practice.
