  2. Promote and Strengthen Bilateral and Multi - Cooperation Purpose - Strengthen and Extent cooperation Including other measures so that secure - The implementation of MoU and other project agreements and commitments

  3. Activities -Continue to implement project agreement, MoU and other commitments including Action plan created. -Organize workshop and meeting to re-exam and evaluate the implementation of existing project agreement and MoU.

  4. - Organize meeting with concerned Embassies so that exam and evaluate the procedure of marriage between Cambodian and foreigner. • Organize study tour at some countries to follow up the labor situation and Cambodian who had married with foreigner.

  5. Re-control and more organize cooperation policy between South Korea, Malaysia and other partner Countries. • Continue to discus MoU between Cambodia and Malaysia on cooperation of suppression of human trafficking.

  6. Activities cont.Focus on vulnerable victims • Prevention and protection - determine target area, group area and method of prevention through identified vulnerable victim. - Search and find out which community has migration. - Find out about the community of human trafficking and sexual exploitation

  7. Which institute/organization will be responsible for these actions? • secretariat of National Committee to lead • (S.T.S.L.S.) on Suppression of Trafficker person, Smuggling, Slavery Labor and Sexual exploitation. • COMMIT of Task Force • Some local and inter.NGOs

  8. Expectation - cooperate more bilateral and multilateral processes and more effectively for Resolving relevant issues of human trafficking sexual exploitation cross border in any picture.

  9. Indicatives - Representative of government continues to Attend regional and international meeting, Especially ASEAN and COMMIT. - Activities that we agreed in Second GMS Action plan of COMMIT was implemented And reported.

  10. Weak point found, make awareness and Use. It to implement more effective the project agreement and MoU. • A number of annual meeting to review The implementation of MoU between Cambodia and Thai on the using labor force. • Rectified point that raised by agreement Of both sides for promoting the work of Legal border to ensure safety, respecting human rights and labor interest.
