Telling the Story • ACT I: A clinician is doing data entry on a client record and is interrupted by a colleague • A clinician begins to perform data entry on <Charlie Brown’s> record • Before the clinician is able to do work, he/she is immediately interrupted by their colleague and a client <Lucy Van-pelt> • The colleague needs help adding a photo to <Lucy’s> record. • The clinician agrees to help their colleague and performs a quick search for <Lucy Van-pelt> and opens up her client record • <Lucy Van-Pelts> record doesn’t have a photo on file. • The clinician takes <Lucy Van-Pelt’s> photo and updated her record. The colleague and their client leave the office. • The clinician closes <Lucy Van-Pelt> workspace and returns back to their work on <Charlie Brown’s> workspace • End Scene
