  10. Why? • Kids don’t listen • Husband and wife : conflicts • Muslims do not follow despite knowing • Automation enslaves the thinking • Industry reinforces it • Food, screen, exercise, prayers, death, akhira • Consumption and control

  11. Physical activity • 5 prayers + Taraweeh= low impact, mild aerobic activity with appropriate ROM and stretching exercises • Release of endorphins and other neurotransmitters: Useful for pain and sense of well being

  12. What should we eat: • Sahree: Most important • Over hydration • Complex carb, whole plant based food • (Wheat, brown rice, lentils, beans, veg , etc.) • Iftar: start with dates; water • After prayer: Eat normal food • Avoid abnormal ( Result of cravings)
