Key Safety Points • Always swim at a lifeguarded beach. • Never swim alone. • Always ask a lifeguard if you need help. • Always obey the safety advice and look for signs/flags. • If in trouble... put hand in the air and shout for help. • If you see someone in difficulty…- tell a lifeguard or dial 999 and ask for coastguard. • Think sun safety!
