Exploring Neural Pathways: A Study of the Ventral Edge and Related Brain Regions

This research focuses on examining the intricate interactions between the structures including the obex, nucleus solitarius (Nsol), parvocellular raphe (PCRt), midbrain periaqueductal gray (PMn), and others. By investigating the ventral edge and related areas, such as the lateral reticular nucleus (LRt) and the rostral oblongata (ROb), we aim to uncover their roles in neural processing at a specific depth of 500µm. Our findings could contribute to understanding the neural circuitry involved in various physiological functions.
